We also report back the quality of any maintenance that has been completed such us landscaping, cleaning services or repairs. 

We coordinate all maintenance and repairs with our trusted vendors such as AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mold & Mildew, Water Leaks, Pest Control, Pool, Landscape, Tennis Courts and Interior/Exterior Cleaning, Holiday Design / Installation / Removal.

Our Luxury Home Security Vendors monitor the property 24/7 and respond to emergency situations at any given time whether there is a break-in or a broken pipe. We also prepare the property for natural disasters such as Tropical Storms or Hurricanes. 

We also offer realtor services such as property marketing, screening tenants and creating leases. We act as the liason between tenant and owner which includes our online portal system for collecting disbursing rent. 

We oversee your escrow account and do financial reporting of the expenses vs. the budget.

This includes the hiring, firing and coordination of cleaning staff, cooking staff, personal assistance and childcare. We take care of payroll and offer accounting services. 

We use your escrow account to pay all invoices and do payroll of your estate employees as well as pay all the bills of the estate. 

We provide services such as stocking the kitchen, floral arrangements, interior plant care, deliveries, mail and packages and event planning.
